Monica Quinones, M.B.A. is a Author, Speaker, Coach and Consultant. Monica attended and graduated from Virginia State University where she received a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science degree.  Monica went on to further her education at Strayer University where she received a Masters of Business Administration degree specializing in the area of Human Resources Management. Monica is the Founder and CEO of Poised Success, LLC. Through her company she helps clients to manage emotions (stemmed from grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions), challenge negative thinking patterns, improve relationship skills, and reduce stress and anxiety. Poised success is a movement that helps people  rebuild their lives, embrace their healing, and ignite their hope so that they can live life well.
