Episode 51: Navigating a Blended Family with Roger and Erika Cartledge

 Roger and Erika Cartledge, both graduates of Howard University, are approaching their five-year anniversary in March of 2023 and are the proud parents of three children, ages 13, 12 and 3. Roger works for a large, national organization specializing in government clients. Erika is the founder and CEO of Your Chic is Showing where, as a personal stylist, she helps her clients cultivate their confidence through fashion and style. Erika and Roger built a rock-solid friendship prior to dating and, all these years later, their relationship is built on a foundation of love, mutual respect and admiration for one another, as well as lots and lots of laughter.
